In the third quarter, Veritas Kapital maintained its growth trajectory, recording a 117% year-on-year increase in profit after tax to ₦2.339 billion. Insurance revenue expanded by 425% to ₦16.099 billion, and GWP grew by 354% to ₦18.540 billion. Net insurance and investment results also rose by 168%, reaching ₦4.030 billion.
Financial Position and Strategic Outlook
As of Q3 2024, Veritas Kapital’s total assets had increased by 69% to ₦41.580 billion, and shareholders’ funds rose by 18% to ₦19.235 billion. The company also paid ₦1.3 billion in claims during the first half of the year, underscoring its commitment to customer satisfaction.
