Bottom Line: Higher for wave 1 of  5

Nairobi Business Ventures Plc (NBV) began as a retailer of shoes and leather goods (under brand “K-Shoe”).
Over time, it has diversified. According to its website, NBV is expanding into:

  1. Manufacturing (land acquisition for plants in Nairobi & Mombasa)

  2. Automobile & heavy maintenance (via planned acquisitions of Delta Automobile Ltd)

  3. Aviation / Aircraft services (through AMS and Air-Direct Connect)

  4. General trading / commodities (steel, cement, sodium silicate, soda ash, etc.)

NBV’s transition from pure retail (shoes) into industrial, aviation, automobile, and trading businesses gives it multiple potential revenue streams. This helps reduce reliance on one segment.

10/5/2025 12:58EST (Last Price 1.69): We keep the focus lower against 2.3 and expect wave 5 to travel towards 1.4.
