  • For the full year ended Dec 31, 2025, Eterna posted net income of ₦2.28 billion, up from ₦1.35 billion a year earlier, with EPS of ₦1.75 vs ₦1.03 previously.

  • In H1 2025, the company reported a pre-tax profit of ₦1.57 billion on ₦157.7 billion revenue, reversing the loss seen in H1 2024.

  • Eterna’s earlier Q1 2025 results also beat forecasts thanks to lower FX losses, with pre-tax revenue of ₦1.4 billion and a return to profit after tax.
